Shipping Costs
All orders within the European Union are shipped with UPS Standard service. We charge the following fixed shipping rates;
- The Netherlands: € 9.95
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: € 12.95
- Denmark, France, Italy, Monaco: € 18.95
- Poland, Czech Republic: € 20.95
- Finland, Ireland, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: € 25.95
- Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia: € 29.95
The above mentioned rates are in euros, excluding VAT and per order.
Delivery Time
The expected delivery time for each product is stated on the product pages. If ordered and paid for before 12:00, products with a delivery time of 24 hours will be shipped the same day. UPS shipments are normally delivered the next working day within the Netherlands. Information on transit times for shipments to EU countries can be found on the UPS website.
International shipments within the European Union
Our products can be shipped to all countries within the European Union. All EU orders are shipped with the UPS Standard service. In addition to the UPS Standard service, UPS Express Saver, UPS Express or UPS Express Plus services can be selected at additional cost. More information about the different shipping options can be found on the UPS website.
Once a product has been shipped you will receive a confirmation by e-mail including the UPS Track&Trace information. Packages are delivered on business days during office hours. If no one is present at the first delivery, the UPS driver will leave a message. In that case, you can contact UPS for a second delivery attempt or for collection at an UPS Access Point.
Shipments within The Netherlands
Orders are shipped within the Netherlands with the UPS Standard service. In addition to the UPS Standard service, UPS Express Saver, UPS Express or UPS Express Plus services can be selected at additional cost. More information about the different shipping options can be found on the UPS website.

International shipments outside the European Union
Our products can also be shipped to countries outside the European Union. International orders from outside the EU are shipped with UPS. For shipping rates or more information, please contact us.
Shipments to a PO Box
Products cannot be shipped to a PO Box address.
Transport Damage
All our products are shipped properly packaged. Nevertheless, damage may have occurred to the shipment during transport. If you receive a damaged or opened shipment, report this immediately to the driver of the relevant carrier. Please also contact us directly to report the transport damage.
Transport damage not reported upon receipt of the shipment is the responsibility of the recipient.
